‘Pale Ink’ celebrates its first anniversary with legendary photographer Fan Ho. From the team behind the award-winning spirit “Perfume Trees Gin” presents “Fan Ho Limited Edition – Whiskey Barrel-aged Sugar-free Coffee Liqueur”
In this collaboration, “Perfume Trees Gin” is honoured to work with Fan Ho Trustand Estate, and their exclusive worldwide representative Blue Lotus Gallery. To produce a limited-edition label based one of his prolific pieces of work 'Hong Kong Venice'.
Fan Ho Limited Edition - Whiskey Barrel-aged Pale Ink Sugar Free Coffee Liqueur contains 25% alcohol with zero sugar. The first batch is limited to 2500 bottles. The 250ml gift box is priced at HK$398 per bottle.

「白蘭樹下」團隊有幸獲得何藩先生的唯一代理藝廊 Blue Lotus Gallery 及何藩產業信託的信任，以何藩先生遺作 「香港威尼斯 Hong Kong Venice」製作限量版的酒標。
對何藩先生來說，香港的回憶並不是過去生活的簡單記錄，而是回憶。回憶並不精準，有時卻反而像是夢景。因此他在作品中會利用做電影導演的經驗，把像片局部縮放、剪裁，又用蒙太奇、疊印等方式將像片拼湊組合，為原本的寫實作品賦予新的含義。而這幅 「香港威尼斯 Hong Kong Venice」正正是他在2011年大膽地使用了兩三張六十年代的舊底片，拼湊出一幅超現實卻又似曾相識的香港水鄉街景。
