Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Orders for local deliveries within Hong Kong will be shipped with SF Express. Packages are typically delivered 1-2 business days after delivery.

International orders are shipped by E-Express, Speedpost by Hong Kong Post; or courier services such as SF Express or FedEx.
Please be aware that the delivery times for international shipments are dependent on the destination. While orders usually take 14-21 days to arrive, there may be instances where delays occur and the delivery time may be longer. These delays are beyond our control, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.

If you discover that your shipping destination is not available in the drop-down menu at checkout, please contact Anna at books@bluelotus-gallery.com for a shipping quotation.

Pick up

Shipment Processing Time

We aim to ship orders for books that are in stock within 5 working days of order placement, unless otherwise stated. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.

If you book order contains a pre-order title, the order will be held for shipping until all books are in stock.

If there is a major delay for your package during the shipping process, we will contact you via email.

Taxes, Customs and VAT

Prices of books and shipping are excluding VAT and import duties (if any).

The recipient is responsible for covering any customs charges and taxes imposed by customs authorities.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an email confirming the shipment and providing you with your tracking number(s).

Cancellations or Returns

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.
