Introducing the posthumous release of Michael Wolf's latest project, commemorating the fifth anniversary of his passing.

Award-winning German photographer Michael Wolf (1954–2019) spent his formative years in Canada, Europe, and the United States before relocating to Hong Kong in 1994. For eight years, he served as a contract photographer for Stern Magazine, focusing on the dynamic life within megacities. "Hong Kong Whispers" exemplifies this theme.

This captivating collection showcases Wolf’s striking photographs of the vibrant city of Hong Kong. Each image is paired with the incisive and ambiguous drawings of Arpaïs Du Bois (b. 1973). Through her intense engagement with Wolf’s work, Du Bois expresses the overlooked moments and nuances that define urban life with her drawings. Their artistic dialogue took shape during Du Bois’s immersive stay in Hong Kong in 2014, where both artists explored the city together and separately.
