Mountain River Jump! draws on this tradition by using cards based on Chinese animal idioms, exploring what emerges when Eastern cultural roots meet fortune‑telling in a contemporary context.
Driven by a strong curiosity about human psychology and personal narrative, the artists weave together Oriental mysticism and folklore to open conversations around identity politics, labor, feminism, life politics, modernity, and more.
