“A love letter to photographers…”
Zhang Zhizhou’s “Five Photographers” is a tale of five photographers named Q, M, K, T and S overcoming the confines of their ideals and obsessions. Told through five introductory texts outlining the character of each of the photographers as well as the photographs these characters shoot, Zhang Zhizhou creates a tongue-in-cheek homage to the act of creating photographs and the pitfalls and idiosyncratic obstabcles on the path to making better art.
About the Artist
Zhang Zhizhou was Born in Beijing in 1985. He graduated from the Department of Photography at the University of Creative Arts in the UK. He is now a freelance photographer and is doing writing practice at the same time.
